Domestic Orders (India):-

Dispatch time is about 24-48 hours within the order

Delivery time ranges between 7-10 days depending on your location. This time might vary depending on public holidays, natural hazards, or other unavoidable reasons.

Extra charges may be applicable for Express Delivery (within a day or 2).

The given timeline is an estimation and not a guarantee.

You will be able to track the orders through a link provided to you after order confirmation.

Return Or Replace Policy.

We hope that none of Edhaa’s customers ever receive damaged or wrong products. However, if these circumstances happen, Edhaa is prepared to assist you if the product is incorrect or damaged during transit. Steps you must follow for returning/replacing a product:

Inform us within 3 days of receiving the product to customercare@edhaabeauty.com or contact us at +91 93130 01788.

It is mandatory to provide an unedited unboxing to warrant all return and replacement orders.

After the procedure is done systematically, your order will get the approval for the return and we will notify you.

In the case of receiving the wrong product and after we are notified please note we will ship the exchanged one as per availability.

Please note :- you should return your products the way they were received by you (unused with the original packaging).
